Began with a meditation practice at the age of 7, Bruce has cultivated a lifelong commitment to mindfulness and inner peace. Although their practice experienced a hiatus, it was reignited later in life, driven by a profound need for balance and tranquility.
Over the years, Bruce has guided a diverse range of individuals, including veterans and amputees, through various traditional meditation techniques. Their experience extends to conducting workshops for different groups, dedicated to helping others discover their own paths to inner peace.
