Ginkgo Leaf Wellness was founded out of a deep commitment to healing and well-being. My personal journey with depression and anxiety, which reached its most challenging point in my 40s, led my partner Bruce to explore ways to help me find peace. His studies in breathwork, meditation, and hypnosis became essential tools that allowed me to calm my mind, reach my subconscious, and understand the roots of my struggles.

Along the way, I delved into ancestral trauma, inner child healing, and energy work, which ultimately led me to sound healing. Together, we realized our calling to support others on their own paths of self-discovery and resilience. Each of these practices provides an opportunity to reconnect with one’s true self, fostering understanding and lasting transformation.
